This is awful. I read his brain was without oxygen for a long time waiting for the air lift. I had a friend who was in a similar situation (extended period without oxygen) and ended up brain dead. I hope that isn’t what’s happened, but if it is, ugh. I don’t want to say it.

“Supposedly” he’s on life support, but the anoxic brain injury is too severe and they will be removing him from life support when the family is all there.

Supposing that the reports are true, that his brain has been deprived of oxygen, etc…..even if he never coaches again, he will still come out of it sharper than the rest of us. I think he’s saying he doesn’t want to report the state they found Leach, not that there is foul play suspected
