Any team that had any kind of success has been paying just like Bama has been for decades. Difference is Bama hired the GOAT.Alabama having all the players for 15-20 years. Then steamrolling this so called tough conference for 15-20 years. Winning 6 national championships Being in it and losing few times on top of it. That is what RUINS college football . Now with NIL and Transfer portal . Different winners is great for the game. Alabama was paying before paying was legal.
Yes, but I still think Heupel wants to run tempo instead of having a dominant defense. He would be happy with an offense that scores 48 and a defense that holds them to 28 every game. Coaching a 17-10 type team is not his forte, but I commend him for realizing his preferred style wasn’t working this year and made a lot of adjustments.Ive been wondering if the slower paced offense has helped the defense?
Yes he deserves credit for Hyatt. Jalin was a nobody before Pope. You cannot on one hand say a WR improved and on the other day the position coach had nothing to do with it. If that’s the case then Garner doest get credit for Pearce.Did he though? Out scheme got Hyatt open consistently, Golesh and CJH had more to do with his success here and ot course Hyatt himself who put in the work over the summer to fix his dropping issues

Heupel did a good job adjusting this year. Freshman QB and below average OL wouldn't allow us to run the offense he wanted to run, so he did what worked for us to win as much as possible, run game and defense.Yes, but I still think Heupel wants to run tempo instead of having a dominant defense.
