It's brainwashing. I work for a big corporation and they literally tell me every week that having more sexually deviant people will guarantee that we have the best and most talented workforce. It's every week. NO SANE PERSON WOULD BELIEVE THAT. It's clearly brainwashing.

20 years ago, if I had sent a single email to somebody saying something about my sexuality they would have fired me.
