That is correct! To comply correctly with international law the Hondurans should apply upon entry into Guatemala! If not allowed but they are allowed to transit Guatemala then they can apply in Mexico!

There’s no basis in international law they should ever reach US soil via land passage in order to claim asylum! Ding ding ding!

I found that article. It's talking about Europe, not the world. The EU is a governing body over Europe and has **** to do with the international laws that we follow. Too complicated for you, I guess?

Wikipedia breaks down what the refugee's obligations are. I'm going off this until you can prove otherwise:

Then you’re wrong. Each nation codifies the UN Treaty into their own laws.

I posted a bunch of info on this the last time they pulled this **** on a caravan. They are abusing the asylum laws. Plain and simple.

The fact you chose to ignore this instance too is on you and I don’t owe you a dam explanation otherwise.

I can wait until you get back. This is long enough to bury the lead, so I'd appreciate a quote or a keyword to the clause you are referencing. I did a ctrl + f search for "near", "safe", and other applicable words and I couldn't find what you're talking about. I see the Safe Third Country clause, but that's not saying they have to go to the nearest country.
