An illegal alien charged with murdering four Americans is looking to evade the death penalty by classifying himself as “intellectually disabled.”

Wilbur Ernesto Martinez-Guzman, a 20-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, was charged with murdering 56-year-old Connie Koontz, 74-year-old Sophia Renken, 81-year-old Gerald David, and his 80-year-old wife, Sharon David, in January 2019 when prosecutors said he was attempting to steal money from his victims to buy more meth.

8 illegal immigrants killed in high-speed crash near Mexican Border

Eight illegal immigrants believed to be involved in a human smuggling operation were killed when their pickup truck crashed head-on into another vehicle while fleeing police in a Mexican border town, according to reports.

The fatal wreck happened shortly before 1:30 p.m. Monday when a red Dodge pickup truck led troopers from the Texas Department of Public Safety on a high-speed chase on US Highway 277 in the Texas border town of Del Rio, KXAS-TV reported.

The fleeing Dodge smashed head-on into a white Ford pickup, injuring an adult and a child, who were taken to a local hospital, KXAS said.

Lindsey Graham, House Republicans Promote Amnesty for Illegal Aliens Amid Border Crisis

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), along with a group of House Republicans led by Rep. Maria Salazar (R-FL), is promoting an amnesty plan for illegal aliens living in the United States as border crossings skyrocket at the U.S.-Mexico border.

During a press conference on Wednesday, Salazar unveiled an amnesty plan that would provide green cards to illegal aliens enrolled and eligible for former President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program and gives work visas to the roughly 11 to 22 million illegal aliens in the U.S.

Look again at my post and see that nowhere did I voice an opinion about the accuracy of the article. Then ask yourself who is being stupid. There’s that word again, hate. You guys throw that around for shock value when it’s not even part of the equation. I don’t “hate” anyone. My post was not necessarily directed at you on a personal level, so, my apologies. It was, however, directed at those that took the Biden admin at their word that most would be turned away. Those that accepted that proclamation at face value were foolish to do so. Clearly that’s not the case and was never the intention. You could see it coming from a mile away if we use the history or the last Dem admin and now this one. They are relishing in creating a border crisis that was completely unnecessary.

Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council, told Fox News that the situation has become an emergency over the past week, despite the White House maintaining it is not a crisis, just a 'big problem.

Judd said: 'A week ago I would not have called this a crisis. Today it meets the definition. We are overwhelmed. We do not have the resources to stop the cartels from bringing in illegal aliens, from bringing in drugs, therefore we are in fact in a crisis.'

Just as layers of appreciation lead to love, a sum of disapprovals can likewise add up to hate. If such is not your motivation or purpose, then you should not be so quick to sow doubt and disapproval, before the facts are clear. I have my doubts but took the statement as acknowledging that unrestricted immigration is a real problem that should not be granted open license. During the Democratic primaries, Biden was the only candidate who did not advocate for open borders in the debates. Despite what you might say, open borders was not the policy of the Obama Administration. I believe that Biden knows very well that open borders is not a workable policy. But Biden has a problem within his own party, and I think it unwise to attack him for opposing open borders when he states opposition to it. Why would you drive him into that corner if you claim to oppose it?

Emergency sites in Texas for Migrant children raising safety concerns

Roughly 4,500 children are waiting in Border Patrol facilities

McALLEN, Texas (AP) – The U.S. government has stopped taking immigrant teenagers to a converted camp for oil field workers in West Texas as it faces questions about the safety of emergency sites it is quickly setting up to hold children crossing the southern border.

The Associated Press has learned that the converted camp has faced multiple issues in the four days since the Biden administration opened it amid a scramble to find space for immigrant children. More than 10% of the camp's population has tested positive for COVID-19 and at least one child had to be hospitalized.

An official working at the Midland, Texas, facility said most of the Red Cross volunteers staffing the site don’t speak Spanish, even though the teenagers they care for are overwhelmingly from Central America. When the facility opened, there weren’t enough new clothes to give to teenagers who had been wearing the same shirts and pants for several days, the official said. And no case managers were on site to begin processing the minors’ release to family elsewhere in the U.S.

Two migrant teens drowned while trying to cross the Rio Grande River back to into Mexico after being caught on the U.S. side of the border by patrol agents, a disturbing new video shows.

The drowning happened on Wednesday afternoon near Laredo, Texas, as the two teens were among a group of migrants who attempted to flee just after U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested several people during an alleged human smuggling bust in Texas.

The two migrants are believed to have died while trying to escape custody, the U.S. Border Patrol Laredo Sector told WOAI-TV in a statement.
