The man leading a group advocating for victims of illegal immigrant criminals says it's time to put Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas behind bars after he issued a rule in the fall deprioritizing deportation of certain illegal aliens who committed crimes in the U.S.

Increased attention on illegal alien crime comes after Mayorkas released new rules in the fall deprioritizing deportation for nonresident criminals he feels are not a threat to public safety.

Don Rosenberg, President of Advocates for Victims of Illegal Alien Crime (AVIAC), claims that Mayorkas' latest rules are further proof that the man running the immigration system in the U.S. is a 'sociopath' who doesn't want any people deported who are illegally in the country.

'That's his focus,' he added. 'But he knows he can't just flat out come and say that. However, he did, twice now. But the most recent, I guess, last week saying that being in the country illegally, in and of itself, is not a reason for deportation.'

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said it will not seek to deport an illegal immigrant who allegedly drew swastikas in Washington D.C.’s Union Station and who has previously been deported four times — with the agency citing the capital’s "sanctuary city" policies.

Geraldo Pando, a Mexican national, was arrested last month for vandalism and is accused of having drawn the Nazi symbols a day after International Holocaust Remembrance Day. The incident is being investigated as a possible "hate crime."

In a statement, an ICE spokesperson told Fox News Digital that Pando entered the U.S. illegally as a minor in 1990. He was arrested for the first time in 2006 in Colorado and was deported in 2006, 2007, 2014 and 2017.

The Washington Examiner first reported that Pando has been deported before, that he has a lengthy criminal history, including a 35-page criminal history in Colorado for crimes stretching from possession of drugs to misdemeanor theft, and that ICE had not sought to take him into custody after his arrest.

Sanctuary cities limit law enforcement cooperation with federal immigration authorities, resulting in most ICE detainers being ignored.

Biden is planning on putting single migrant adults caught on the Mexican border under HOUSE ARREST in Baltimore and Houston as a 'cheaper' alternative to detention

The Biden administration is looking to place hundreds of migrants under part-time house arrest, as a cheaper alternative to holding them at detention facilities amid record-high crossings at the U.S.-Mexico border.

The 120-day pilot program will begin in Houston and Baltimore, where 100 to 200 single adults placed under house arrest in each location, according to a notice sent by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and reviewed by Reuters.

At least 10 migrants seeking admission into Mexico from Guatemala sewed their mouths shut on Tuesday in an unusual move meant to persuade the Mexican government to let them continue on to the United States's southern border.

Venezuelan migrant Yorgelis Rivera said she has been waiting for permission from Mexican authorities to be allowed to travel through the country from Tapachula on Mexico's southern border for more than a month.

The stunt was intended as a "sign of protest" for how the Mexican government's National Migration Institute has blocked migrants from entering the country, activist Irineo Mujica said.

Migrant encounters at the U.S. southern border increased in January, and almost doubled the number of encounters from January 2021, according to a court filing obtained by Fox News.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported 153,941 migrant encounters in January 2022. In January 2021, there were 78,414 migrant encounters.

The court filing also revealed that 62,573 migrants were released into the United States in January 2022. In December 2021, there were 178,840 migrant encounters and 173,620 in November, according to Customs and Border Protection data.

The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear President Joe Biden’s request to terminate the Trump-era “Remain in Mexico” policy.

Formally called the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), the program requires the federal government to send migrants back to Mexico while their asylum hearings are pending.

“The case will be set for argument in the second week of the April 2022 argument session,” the Supreme Court wrote.

Kidnapped American woman among 15 people rescued from stash house in Mexico where migrants were being held by smugglers

An American female kidnapping victim was among 15 people who were recently rescued by the Mexican military in the northeastern state of Tamaulipas.

The operation came about after the U.S. Border Patrol Patrol’s Laredo Sector Foreign Operation Branch reached out to the FBI after the agency learned that a woman was being held against her own will at a house in the border city of Nuevo Laredo.

The FBI coordinated a plan with Mexico’s Secretariat of National Defense and Border Patrol to liberate the victims.

Illegal Alien Gets 25 Years in Prison for Sexually Abusing 10-Year-Old Girl

An illegal alien in Ennis County, Texas, was convicted and sentenced to 25 years in prison this week after he repeatedly sexually abused a 10-year-old girl.

Jose Gustavo Garcia-Rodriguez, a 28-year-old illegal alien, was convicted of sexually abusing the girl on at least two occasions over the course of more than a month in 2016 and 2017.

The girl said she was sexually abused by Garcia-Rodriguez in his home as well as his car. In 2018, the girl reported the abuse to her school, which spurred an investigation by Child Protective Services (CPS) and the Ennis Police Department.

For his conviction for continuous sexual abuse of a young child, Garcia-Rodriguez was given a 25-year prison sentence without the possibility of parole. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency has a detainer on him so that when he is released from local custody, he will be turned over to them for arrest and deportation.

An Illegal Immigrant Murdered His Three Children and California's Sanctuary State Has Blood on Its Hands

This weekend, Californians are mourning the horrific loss of three children at the hands of their own father.

On March 1, David Mora Rojas, age 39, shot to death his three daughters and their court-appointed supervisor in the Sacramento church where they had arranged a visitation. He then shot himself.

The shooter was under a restraining order brought by his estranged wife over allegations of domestic abuse.

Sacramento County Coroner’s Office identified the suspect as David Mora Rojas, 39. The victims have been identified as Samantha Mora Gutierrez, 10, Samarah Mora Gutierrez, 9, Samia Mora Gutierrez, 13 and Nathaniel Kong, 59.

The shocking murder-suicide is made even more devastating by the fact that Mora Rojas was not supposed to be in the United States at all. The Mexican native originally overstayed his visa all the way back in 2018. Since that time, he’d been arrested for assaulting an officer, domestic violence, DUI, and assaulting medical staff as recently as February. The perpetrator should have been deported on any of those charges, but California is a sanctuary state, which means illegal immigrants cannot be reported to federal immigration authorities, even if they commit heinous crimes. He was released just last week after the police officer assault. The Merced County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that because of the sanctuary state laws, they were not allowed to alert federal immigration authorities (ICE) of Mora Rojas’ latest arrest and release. Days later, his three daughters and their court-appointed social worker were dead.

Small Migrant Child Drowns in Texas Border River, Swept from Mother’s Arms

EAGLE PASS, Texas — A four-year-old Nicaraguan migrant child is believed to have drowned after his 32-year-old mother dropped him as she crossed the Rio Grande. The mother lost the little boy as she crossed the swiftly moving border river just south of Eagle Pass, Texas early Saturday morning. Border Patrol agents continue to search for the child with negative results.

Breitbart Texas reviewed official reports on the incident provided by a source within U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The incident began at approximately 5:00 a.m. on Saturday when the mother surrendered to Texas Army National Guard troops. The woman told the troops she lost hold of her child while crossing the river with a group of migrants and saw the child swept away by the current.

A pregnant 20-year-old woman from Nicaragua and her unborn child died after smugglers abandoned them in a tractor trailer in the northern Mexico border state of Coahuila.

The National Institute of Migration said 64 migrants, including seven children, were found Saturday inside the overheated freight container.

Temperatures inside topped 103 Fahrenheit after it was left stranded on road near Highway 50 in Monclova on Friday.

The pregnant mother and her fetus were confirmed dead Sunday at 5:40 a.m. local time, according to the Mexican immigration enforcement agency.

Illegal Alien Gets Four Life Sentences for Murdering Four Americans

An illegal alien who pleaded guilty to murdering four Americans in Nevada in 2019 has received four life sentences.

Wilbur Ernesto Martinez-Guzman, a 20-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, was charged with murdering 56-year-old Connie Koontz, 74-year-old Sophia Renken, 81-year-old Gerald David, and his 80-year-old wife, Sharon David, between January 10 and 15 after prosecutors said he was looking to steal money from his victims to buy more meth.

Though the state of Nevada had sought the death penalty against Martinez-Guzman, his defense argued that he was “mentally disabled” and thus ineligible for the death penalty.
