Millions of Illegal Aliens From All Over The World Head For U.S. Border

I think it’s interesting that the majority (of “conservatives” and “libertarians”) on here seem to want this handled immediately by executive order, but you’re frustrated by excessive executive discretion in the statute.

Ordinarily, I tend to agree with you and maybe if I learned more I would agree with you, but it definitely seems like the minority view.
Yes, but the EO door swings both ways at least. Trump can undo Obama, Biden can undo Trump. And so on.

The statute would have been law, and then it would have vested in the Executive a power only one side would ever (likely) use.

But I see your point.

“The people we care about most, the undocumented Americans in this country.”

He said the usually really quiet part out loud. How does anyone actually defend this or agree with this ?
Democrats don't care about middle america or everyday ordinary americans. Democrats are greatly pandering to the illegal immigrants & are hoping for their votes. Most daily polls today are saying Democrats are losing favor w/the black voters who's leaving the democrats in droves because of the broken promises they don't keep.

WATCH: ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith Furious at Biden, Believes Trump ‘On the Verge of Getting Reelected’

ESPN sports commentator Stephen A. Smith may be a left-winger, but he does not seem to be on board with the Biden regime’s open-border policies. On his Tuesday podcast, he ripped the millions being spent on illegal aliens while natural-born Americans are left wanting.

As Smith wrapped up his show on Feb. 6, he left sports and entertainment behind to address politics in America. And he started his segment by saying that Donald Trump will be reelected as president in November “even if he’s a convicted felon” by that time.

Steve Scalise Returning To Washington As Another Mayorkas Impeachment Vote Expected

Washington — House Majority Leader Steve Scalise will return to Washington next week after completing cancer treatment, giving Republicans another vote in their attempt to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

Scalise's office said in a statement Thursday that he "successfully completed his autologous stem cell treatment and has been medically cleared to resume travel." The Louisiana Republican is in "complete remission," the statement said.

March 20, 2021: DHS begins allowing migrants into the United States without even setting a date for appearing in court later.

March 30, 2021: DHS expands detention capacity for Unaccompanied Migrant Children.

March 31, 2021: The Biden administration Eraces Background Check Requirements for adults living with unaccompanied migrant children trafficked into the United States.

Leftist filth and their politicians rarely suffer the negative consequences for things they vote for and put into law but things are starting to catch up with them.

It looks like Venezuela cleaned out their prison system to send us their best and brightest. They obviously know that diversity is our strength.

Oh he’s not smiling now…

STATEMENT ON MIKE GALLAGHER QUITTING CONGRESS:

@RepGallagher
was considered by many as a rising star in the GOP. But instead of embracing the MAGA movement, he decided to betray the grassroots and protect the swamp.

Mike is now quitting congress because he knows he would face an embarrassing defeat in the upcoming primary.

His vote to protect Alejandro Mayorkas was a foolish, career ending mistake.

He claims that he voted against the Mayorkas impeachment out of principle, but that’s just not the truth.

As reported by the Heritage Foundation’s @MHowellTweets, Gallagher was potentially involved in a horse trading agreement with Sec. Mayorkas. Otherwise know as Quid pro quo.

As we find out more information on this serious allegation, I wouldn’t be shocked if Gallagher found himself under investigation by the House Ethics Committee. He deserves due process, but it sure looks bad!

But for the reporters, members of Congress, and grassroots patriots across Wisconsin, who are reaching out to me asking if I will run… let’s just say I am now taking a VERY STRONG LOOK.

I look forward to my upcoming meetings with the County GOP Chairs in WI 8th Congressional District and we might just have to throw a MAGA rally later this month in the Fox Valley.

The people of #WI8 deserve a fighter who will help secure the southern border and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.

Good riddance to Mike Gallagher and God bless Wisconsin AND America.

Serious question: Is there a difference between "encounters" and "entries"? Are any "encounters" denied entry, at least at a rate greater than 1% - 2%?

No.

To my understanding, the only time US Border Patrol or other authorities "encounter" illegal aliens is when they are already on US soil. Dimwits just use the term "encounters " to try and confuse/deflect as is their M.O.

The vast majority dont try to sneak into this country undetected under this Biden admin. They cross in large groups and then surrender to agents so they can get free food, water, shelter, then free bus and or AIRLINE tickets to travel elsewhere. Amazingly, while US citizens have to arrive at airports an hour early with state issued ID and be searched etc to board planes....illegal aliens with NO ID WHATSOEVER are often loaded onto planes and flown to other states ...all at taxpayer expense. Admittedly in some cases I 100% support the transport of these folks thought...Gov Abbott in TX started bussing thousands of them to NYC, Chicago, DC etc and it was a brilliant move on his part.

Mexican Cartel reportedly Flooded Montana With Fentanyl, Meth by targeting Native Americans: ‘Prey-predator situation’

Mexican cartels have flooded Montana with fentanyl and meth – by setting up operations on Indian reservations, where law enforcement is scarce, according to a report.

The drug pushers have found that the notoriously deadly fentanyl goes for nearly 20 times the price in remote Big Sky Country, where its population of 1.2 million is spread out across 150,000 square miles of rugged terrain.

The 380-page legislation asked for roughly $5 billion in funds to aid migrants — plus another $5.6 billion in aid for unspecified “populations.”

The request included $2.33 billion for ‘‘Refugee and Entrant Assistance … for grants or contracts with qualified organizations, including nonprofit entities, to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services, including wraparound services, housing assistance, medical assistance, legal assistance, and case management assistance.”

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency would have gotten $6 billion, but “$1,400,000,000 shall be transferred to ‘’Federal Emergency Management Agency—Federal Assistance’ to support sheltering and related activities provided by non-Federal entities through the Shelter and Services Program.”

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement would have received $7.6 billion, of which “$1,287,102,000 shall be for …. the Alternatives to Detention program.” The program is used to release economic migrants into the care of Democrat-affiliated non-profits, even though federal laws say the migrants should be detained.

So it looks like this was a bunch of funding to bail out the sanctuary cities..my oh my.

Massachusetts is having to cut firefighter's budgets and take over inner-city recreational complexes, and keep paying for the hotel rooms for a large number of migrants.

Will cost $915 Million to keep the emergency shelters running through 2024.

The democrats are also pushing to transfer Medicaid funding to provide housing and subsidies to the democrat's imported illegal aliens.

Breaking News: The number of Chinese who have crossed our border is the largest nationality now crossing over who are spies sent here by the CCP and everyone in government is aware of it.

John Ratcliffe pointed out that if China opened their border our spy agencies would flood as many US spies into China and that is exactly what China is doing at our open borders.

China also refuses to take anyone back into their country when ICE has tried to send some back.

The Texas Town Under 'Martial Law': Eagle Pass Residents reveal how Cops and Troops Are Seizing Their Property and Questioning Locals as it stands at the Epicenter of the Migrant Crisis

Residents in a border city in Texas have revealed how police and National Guard troops have taken over - seizing their properties as migrants' trash lines the streets.

Eagle Pass, which is home to 28,500 Texans, has become the ground zero in the country-wide political fight, as swathes of lawmakers, celebrities and journalists flock to give their two cents on the ever-swelling migrant border crisis.

Illegal migrants crossing has overwhelmed nearly every sector in Eagle Pass - but state and federal responses have too, weary residents say. The Del Rio sector, including Eagle Pass, reported 16,718 migrant arrests in January.

Eagle Pass resident Jessie Fuentes, 63, who owns a kayak business, whose lifeline is the water, told the Dallas Morning News about the Rio Grande: 'We can't even see it. We can't even touch it.'
