my understanding is that local and state police forces also have to uphold federal laws. at the very least they can detain the criminal until someone with jurisdiction shows up.

just seems like the hate crime tag. its already illegal, but here is a new law to make it super illegal.

The states are going to have to do it on their own. The sole intent behind the current policy is to overwhelm the system and get these migrants/illegal immigrants legal voting status by any means necessary. Otherwise, we would still be enforcing our immigration laws where people apply and wait their turn.

Maybe if nothing else if enough states (not even border states) drag this out into the sunlight by forcing legal showdowns over the issue more real pressure can be brought to bear.

The reason that "only" 100,000 new invaders are expected to enroll in Barrycare next year is because all the kids will have Medicaid...."free" healthcare and dental to them, paid for by the third of our paychecks that is taken from us each week. All the pregnant moms too...100% paid for by Americans that dont want them here, and in many cases have NO health or dental insurance for their own kids. Like mine. You know...because we can't afford it. My kids have never had health or dental insurance. We have always had to pay out of pocket. We chose to spend our money on Christian school instead. A decision i certainly do not regret...but as you can imagine it really pisses me off that I unwillingly am forced to pay for all the medical and dental not only for those unwilling to work US citizens and their children....but also for illegal invaders of this country and their children as well. Shame on EVERY SINGLE turncoat RINO in Congress that kept Trump from being able to repeal Barrycare in his last term. Socialized medicine is complete BS...and Barrycare was all lies from the beginning. " If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor". All this BS Socialized medicine has done is give medical care to every worthless drugdealer and their kids...every lazy bastard that wont work and their kids...and drive up the cost of health insurance for everyone who actually pays while greatly reducing the quality of care and coverage. It was yet another handout to those leeches that suck the life out of this Republic, and everyone in the 50% of this country that actually does work and pay taxes. Its disgusting.
