My point was that the claim of the Trump administration that the Colombians capitulated to every demand is apparently not true. Either the US planes have to carry the immigrants in a particular fashion (not shackled) or the Colombians will send their own plane to get them.

To the best of my knowledge, all airliners worldwide have the armored cockpit door. Business jets do not have to have them as their clientele is less likely to hijack them. Besides, 5000 lbs of jet fuel won't make nearly the splash that 200,000 lbs will, and we all know that Johnny Jihad is all about the big splash. And killing some richey rich in a 500mph limousine isn't as newsworthy as 300 passengers going to see Mickey Mouse..
