Just because someone has a job to do doesn't mean they don't let their political beliefs influence that job they're doing for political gain.

They are leaving an oppressive life, and transiting a country thay offers a better one. What gives them any right to come here and expect to be allowed in in such great numbers? I hope they have to wait for years.

DNA, retinal maps, and fingerprints all around. And they start paying taxes within a year or gtfo

Cozumel probably. Definitely a good climate. But the fact remains, the poorest of people in the US live like kings compared to many other countries. Many, not all are coming here for the services provided by the American taxpayers.
