What's the IRS going to do when they detect a fake social? Refuse the money? Washington Times claims the number of false socials is 1.4M.

Oh horse💩. They’re getting a refund like the rest of the welfare queens and freeloaders. Any contribution they make isn’t needed and there is BY FAR no net value for legal citizens by them illegally being here.

You don't get a refund on SS contributions. Do you pay taxes? Their employer is also matching their contribution.

I pay taxes all year and when I file. I doubt many illegal invaders pay much of anything aside from sales tax. I also doubt many give their employer back a few bucks cash and ask it be put toward SS, Medicare, or any other tax.

Dude, it is a fact that they file. The IRS reports that over 4M file without SSN's and an estimated 1.4M with false SSN's. That's 5.4M+ that pay into SS. Make up whatever reality eases your mind, but this is what is actually happening.

Here’s the thing, half of illegals pay into SS and Medicare because they want it documented in order to be a legal citizen. The other half is just screwing themselves and the system.

Somehow you managed to leave out that 4m file without SS's...the math isn't hard if you can read.

Who cares if they "have to"? That's the only reason most Americans do it and we have an underground in the trillions.

Less than half. 5.4m/8m is not 0.50 no matter where you went to school.

How many Americans hide income? It's very likely you have or have paid somebody in cash that they hid.

I can only speak for the construction portion of illegals, but the vast majority of them pay no taxes. Their bosses have to carry at least a ghost policy for workers comp and insurance, and have a federal tax ID to get checks...but the carpenters, masons, etc pay no taxes bc they are illegal. The bosses dodge taxes on those huge checks and then just change company names every couple years. No idea how they get away with it...but they do. I know foremen that get 20,000 plus checks every week, over a million a year, and pay less than 50k a year in taxes. I would bet they file 1099s on their carpenters which have fake SS numbers. Lead carpenters, not foremen, just a lead that runs 3 or 4 guys of a 25 man crew...are making 22 to 25 dollars an hour. Cash..at 55 hours a week, sometimes 60. Do the math on that. Thats taking home 70k plus a year...more than i take home...and not paying a cent in taxes while using up all the natural citizen resources and sometimes benefits. I usually have between 60 and 100 guys working under me on my projects. There are usually at least 10 of them that take home more money than i do...as my check gets raped by 30%, my wife and kids have no health insurance, and we still end up owing at tax time every year. In many cases these guys have kids in pur schools, receive SNAP and other benefits because they have no provable income, and their kids have free medicaid insurance because they were born here. Does that seem fair and just to you???

Seems to me that i am punished for being a real citizen and forced to pay for food and medical insurance for illegals that I cant afford to give my own kids. My company gives me free blue cross medical, but to add my wife and kids is over 1,000 dollars a month. Not feasible. What a load of ******** our system has become. I respect my guys, they are good hardworking people, and i dont know who is legal and who isnt...but i resent the system that makes it possible for others to bleed the govt while i pay nearly a third of what i make into their benefits.

I said long ago...make a path to citizenship for those already here...with an extra 10% tax penalty for the first 5 years...and lock down our southern border like it was Fort Knox. Not one more illegal comes in. The numbers are staggering...like 50,000 people per month staggering. That will bankrupt our social services, as well as changing pur culture as a nation. Stop illegals now, by whatever means necessary.
