I don't understand why the mods haven't moved it. I've posted a few threads that directly affect us, but aren't directly about us, and they were moved within minutes of my creating them. This one has no relevance at all.

You are seriously saying that people hadn't heard of Calipari four years ago? He was one of the most debated-about coaches four years ago. People who hadn't heard of him then probably still haven't heard of him.

So, what's your point in claiming that I clearly haven't read the other thread? I had assumed that it was to insinuate that I was misinformed, but clearly, it was an attempt at dodging once again by deflecting attention from the original issue.

You made a ridiculous assertion. Own it, man up, and take your lumps; all without useless attempts at justifying it and claiming it took "guts" to say it, when all it really took was a young, misinformed, and misguided opinion made in a public forum with the only real repercussions being the onslaught of negativity it has justly received.

This is a gem. A UK fan saying that Tennessee fans don't realize that the majority of people don't devote themselves to following college basketball. WOW.

Pretty soon, we'll be told that people on VN take basketball more seriously than the average UK fan.
