He was his OC at Oklahoma and JH uses elements of the Leach offense. So while he was never a coach under Leach he was a player under him and learned offensive principles from him

Maybe it's the beer but I'm not following. I said I like Leach but his teams tend to underperform. Ricky proceeded to say that Leach has underperformed in 18 of 20 years by not winning titles. Leach's teams must have been projected to win a title in 18 of those 20 years in order to "underperform."

Again I'll ask what adjectives I changed.

Stoops was the head coach but not the OC - he was a former DC at UF. Heupel didn't learn offensive football from Stoops

Leach was his OC in 1999
