The deal with Tencent gives the firm rights to continue streaming MLB games in China until 2023. Additionally, the contract will allow Tencent to broadcast MLB games in other Asian countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, through its international service WeTV.

News of the contract was revealed on Thursday, one day before MLB announced it will move the 2021 All-Star Game from Atlanta, Ga., in protest of the state’s new voting law.

Tencent is one of China’s largest tech companies, operating a streaming service as well as the WeChat app that can be used for messaging, video conferencing, and shopping. The company also contracts with the NBA to stream games in China, where almost 500 million fans used Tencent to watch games in 2018 alone.

Major League Baseball and the Voting-Rights Con

Alas, the Midsummer Classic has been anything but a classic for decades, even before Bud Selig turned it into utter farce: We’ve gone from 1967, when Hall of Famer Tony Perez’s home run off Hall-of-Famer Catfish Hunter (then in his fifth inning of work) finally decided the nailbiter in the 15th inning, to 2002, when the “Classic” had to be halted as a 7-7 tie — yes, a tie! — because the teams ran out of players. See, jet-setting stars are now limited to cameo appearances. They are already antsy by the end of the Home Run Derby — the Monday night batting-practice exhibition that long ago eclipsed the Tuesday night game. By the fifth inning, many of the starters are already showered and off to the airport.

MLB All Star Game Relocation: Woke Politics Sets Corporate Agenda | National Review

Condi Rice is wearing her green jacket at Augusta National for the Drive, Chip, & Putt competition. Oh no's!

I'll try to break it down this way.
Dems have a vested interest in maximizing the urban/minority vote.
They prefer laws that best support their interests.
Repubs have a vested interest in minimizing the urban/minority vote.
Repubs will write the law in a way that best supports their interests.
There is a complete lack of evidence of any significant voter fraud issues.

It’s Democrats who keep saying minorities are too dumb to use the internet and don’t know how to do things.

That’s suppression or racist right?
That's what I keep hearing. The Georgia law doesn't even require a person to physically show an ID either when they vote via absentee ballot, just that they put their drivers license #, voter ID # etc. on the ballot. Good ole racist Woka Cola requires people that attend their meeting to physically show an ID and these are stock holders that technically own the company.

I haven’t been the biggest fan of Chris Christie, but he absolutely killed it answering obvious talking points on This Week.

I don't know how you brought yourself to watch these outright liars. Christie is stating facts and the democrat loyalists are saying that they aren't true and that Biden is telling the truth. I watched a lot of the segment with Christie on youtube, not just the snippets you have linked. I can't believe how brain washed these people are and will flat out tell a lie to push their agenda. BTW this show only had 500 views on youtube.

My take is that the real racists are the ones who are always screaming racism. Normal people's minds don't even work like that

LMFAO at the video. Two words. Cognitive dissonance. They are blind to their own racist views against minorities in them tripping over themselves trying to “help” them 🤡

You saw in this thread how one person implied voter ID laws are racist, but they aren't racist anywhere else in the world.

Another fun activity: ask them which societies they think we ought to model the US after, then go look at the racial makeup of those societies. Hilarious!

If that’s not rigging an election I don’t know what is.
The agreements between media, big tech, and others to suppress messages, attack Trump, etc. for the 2020 election was far more dangerous election rigging than anything foreign nations did in the last 2 elections combined. It went way beyond simply supporting and campaigning and completely crossed the line of acceptability but yet Dems were worried about Facebook ads from Russians. Typical liberal hypocrisy.
