'24 MO TE Jaden Reddell (Georgia commit)

I'd be more concerned about which team is going to be able to scheme around getting me open.

I could only imagine the numbers bowers would have if he wore orange.

Imo Georgia doesn't know how to use him.
I mean one of the best players in the country only had 7 touchdowns and had less than 1000 yards. Sure they used him sparingly in the run game but imo they should've gotten him the ball alot more.
He won the freaking Mackey Award.

Lol c’mon

Yes as a freshman. Last year his yardage was roughly the same but less touchdowns. Isn't it supposed to be the opposite? With more time in the system shouldn't his production go up? Which what I said still remains, at this stage they don't know how to use him properly. Imo he should've been a much bigger part of the game plan after winning the Mackey. Imo it shows they're not developing players very well.

He won the Mackey Award last year, his sophomore year. Trey McBride of Colorado State won it in 2021, which would have been his freshman year. Last year I think it would be fair to say that he got the stats he did despite being THE focus of every opponent they played. I think we've got a lot of good stuff to sell, however with the Mackey Award winner on their roster last year, I'm not sure that "they don't use their tight ends well" is a strong card to play against them. It would be pretty laughable for someone to attempt to play the "they don't use their receivers well" card against us when Hyatt just won the Biletnikoff.

Joey Halzle and Alec Abeln went to see tight end Jaden Reddell. The Kansas City product will be in Athens this weekend and then to Tennessee next weekend. The Bulldogs are hoping to ride the momentum of the Dylan Raiola commitment with Reddell. We still believe this one is too close to call with Reddell slated to visit Tennessee officially in late June.

So let me get this straight. Because Bowers didn’t win the Mackey award again, somehow UGA doesn’t know how to use him properly? So it’s hot nothing to do with teams putting in defensive schemes to limit Bowers. It’s just UGA?

Really? When we played UGA who were you and most everyone else who faced UGA worried about? Was it ther RBs? Nope. One of their WRs? Nope. It was Bowers and if you think differently then you are wrong.

PE is actually just totally wrong on this. He won the Mackey Award last year (his sophomore year), when, as you point out he was the focus of every defense he played.

I haven't heard a lot about his visit to UGA this weekend until this morning - this is probably as good of a result as we could have hoped for

Heinrich probably commits today (and gets immediately bumped to 4*)
Good grief if they could break their backs to fellate themselves, they would.

That's Rusty Mansell. If it is a recruit from the State of Georgia, he is the best there is at predicting where they go, if it's not a guy from Georgia, he's not bad, but he's not the same level. Fortunately Reddell is from MO.

I have no idea what you just said. Sounds like UGA mischief to me.

I'm saying, I'd listen to Rusty saying they had the lead on Reddell IF Reddell was a high school recruit from the State of Georgia, but since REDDELL IS FROM MISSOURI, I don't think Rusty knows any more than anyone else.

Seeing as he is a Georgia fanboy, chances are he is a master flautist, and also plays a little brass.
