Im a Titans fan. I was also a Colts fan, because of PM and the support I have for him. When the Titans played the Colts, I was no longer a Colts fan for that game. Pretty simple really.

So, are you also a Pats, Browns, Chiefs, Texans, 49ers fans and every other team that has former Vols players?

if you were a colts fan because of PM then that is sorry.

I was a PM fan. Not a Colts fan I guess you could say. Ill be a fan of wherever he goes, minus the Patriots or Steelers, which is highly improbable.

My only question is are they really a team without PM? Sure didn't seem so this year.

There will be a rebuilding process. No question about it, but a loyal fan sticks with his team no matter what. I hope they build a great team around Luck.

Wrong, Im a PM fan and will pull for what ever team he plays for unless they play my Titans. Is this really that hard for you to grasp?

It's hard for me to understand how someone pulls for multiple teams. I guess it depends on to what degree you will pull for that team.

Wow - the front runners here are just staggering. Explains a lot when it comes to UT football and this board.

I have been a Colts fan for 35+ years. Went to games in Baltimore as a kid. I dare say I'm one of the very few who remained a fan of the franchise when they moved to Indianapolis.

I love Peyton, but he's not the Colts. A huge part of their recent success, sure, but no one person is bigger than the franchise itself.

I have to echo the statements earlier, if you aren't a Colts fan now that Peyton will not be a Colt, then you never were a Colts fan.

It's easy to simply like the team that's winning, I get it. Some people get some sort of self-worth by associating themselves with what they perceive to be winners, masking an insecurity they have about themselves. So they bounce allegiances to what they perceive are the current 'winners.' If it makes you feel better, great.

But as a lifelong fan of the Colts franchise, please don't disparage them for doing what's in the best long-term interest of the organization.

I'm sure I will get attacked, personally insulted, whatever. Again, if it makes you feel better, then go for it.

Who did you pull for in the SB?

The Giants. But that's what I mean, to what degree does someone pull for another team. I don't pull for the Giants normally but did just because I hate the Pats. I will hope whatever team he goes to does well. I hope he does well. When someone says they are pulling for another team, how much? Do you all own Colts apparel?

Great post. This is what Irsay had to do. I hate he is gone but there was no other option.
