Hmmm. When I attended, I don't remember anything but Thriller songs and Michael doing all the singing. Turns out it was a hybrid. Michael was the head liner and the other 5 Jackson cashed checks. The glove was there, the moonwalk and the jacket from the Thriller video.

I stand corrected and I was there!

But, sure makes me feel better about paying $44 for seeing Gene Watson concert October 12 at the KY Lake Opry, and hearing real country music!

Wallen Field -or- Morgan Stadium?

I will give my all for Morgan Wallen today:

We can rename Knoxville (old, outdated) MORGANTOWN and the Vols (boring) to the MORGANTOWN WALLENEERS with his face on the helmets. Replace our boring AD with Morgan! Third Morgan Concert in October! Put his face on the helmets, replace the power T with the power MW and Wallen Navy. We can "checker" our end zone his album covers for each orange square.

We could have Morgan run out the T and just have the team walk in after. Would really present our Morgan the Mascot (and Wallie the Walrus, homage to the Predator fangs) better!!! Have him on the jumbotron all game (Wallentron) and have him do halftime show, Pride of the Morgan Wallen Band! instead of the boring band. He can throw chairs over section QQ. We replace the Vol Walk (so outdated) with the Morgan March!

I like Morgan Stadium,, we can put Morgan banners all over the concourse and Morgan jerseys at the store. Have 3rd down and Morgan, and play. Morgan Mac & cheese and Morgan Mozzarella snacks $19, Michelob Morgan Ultra $29. To "checker Morgan", We can wear black Morgan shirts and white Morgan shirts. Morgan Wallen overalls. When we win big we can toss a Darius Rucker CD in the Morgan River.
