Idk, but I laughed at the end the way they got scared . The voice got me also.just guessing but the whole mental institution may be an intervention by a god - the one whose avatar told him where to find the directions to the tomb. perhaps some way to preserve the soul after being shot until there's a way to get Marc/Steven back in the game. wonder if the hippo was the representation of that god?
hopefully they can figure out a way to consolidate all the m three to make it cleanerjust guessing but the whole mental institution may be an intervention by a god - the one whose avatar told him where to find the directions to the tomb. perhaps some way to preserve the soul after being shot until there's a way to get Marc/Steven back in the game. wonder if the hippo was the representation of that god?
Just watched the 5th episode and I truly donāt get the āall over the mapā criticism.
The psychodrama makes for a little chaos but the storyline is pretty straightforward.
Marc Spector is a man with dissociative identity disorder. He is an avatar of an Egyptian God trying to stop Harrow from waking up another Egyptian God that will do bad things. Along the journey we are exploring Marcās multiple IDs and his trauma that triggered the disorder.
Whatās not to get here?
I have felt like the story has moved a pretty brisk pace.
I don't think it's been all over the map, but I think they have set themselves up that they have a LOT to resolve in the finale unless they already have plans for a Season 2 (or some events tie into another future film/show). The word is the finale is only 45 minutes, which will be the shortest finale for any D+ MCU show yet. So that's a lot of wrap up in 45 minutes which may not even mean 45 minutes of story, that may include opening and credits.
