More Climate BS...

I'm so proud of Bezos for fighting climate change and trying to unify the human race.

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos pledges to give away majority of $124B fortune

Maybe he should hang on to it. I saw today that Amazon is laying off something like 10,000 workers - and that's going into the season when sales are supposed to make or break a year for a retailer. It's seemed like the perpetual pre Black Friday deals at Amazon are saying things aren't going so well. Despite claims that we don't have enough workers to do what we used to do in the US, I'm really thinking that taking people out of productive lives on the farm and in mines, mills, and factories is starting to bite.

They're going to be toast in a few decades anyway. I recently ordered something that they lowered the price of by over $20 and they refused to give me a credit. I sent it back (for free) and re-ordered it at the lower price. Companies that do stupid sh!t like that don't stay in business long.
