Also said they would visit Seton Hall, Indiana, and possibly Florida. Called it "the perfect visit" to Tennessee.

Just watchout for Kentucky and Georgetown I guess. Don't see Florida, Indiana, or Seton Hall as big threats. Negedu and Moses must have really hit it off  V, B

Wes Rucker just tweeted that the Vols "really, really" improved their chances with Moses this weekend.

"Moses just said it was perfect, a perfect visit," Bonacore said of Abraham's impression. "The fans, the environment, everything was just so much more than what we expected. We were both very interested in seeing what kind of support the program had and we were just blown away. It was beyond anything else we've seen."

"We've still got a few trips to make before he makes a decision but Moses told me on the way home that Tennessee was going to be tough to beat. They're probably on top right now."

"He and Emmanuel really hit it off, they obviously have a lot in common and Emmanuel just did a great job of kind of relating to him what his experience had been like there," Bonacore said. "The game was great and the fans were great, but I think what impressed myself and Moses probably more than anything was the family atmosphere that's really evident with the players and the coaches."

This class, assuming Abraham signs, is, on paper, the most impressive class that I believe Tennessee has ever signed.

I bet if the Vols won 3 straight national championships people on here would be saying that Pearl needs to go if he can't get them the 4th.. and the only reason why they didnt get a 4th is because of Pearls coaching.

There's about a five team pecking order when it comes to DC Assault guys. G'Town is the only one of the five that appear to be in the race. The fact he hasn't been in America too long probably negates some of that advantage for the Hoyas. If they impress him this weekend, UT should have a legitimate shot.

DC is a pretty comfortable place to live for an international guy. Lots of diversity there.

Having lived in both DC and Knoxville, I'd say the appeal of UT over G'Town is that Knoxville is so much more relaxed. Also, Pearl, the team, the mountains and TBA should be pretty good draws.

Why make this post and quote LawVol stating that with Abraham this could be the best class UT has ever signed? You take a positive thread and try to make it negative--ridiculous.

Duke-Maryland is always a great game, especially at the Verizon Center.

Abraham is an upset charm. We beat Kentucky when he was on a visit here. Then, Maryland beats Duke when he was on a visit there.

Maybe he will see how far Maryland has fallen that they rush the court after beating #4 Duke.
