It's pretty old school when a motorcycle engine that's not a v-twin isn't covered in colorful plastic parts. 1960s styling with modern ignition and fuel delivery systems and good brakes.

ABS and traction control too!

Honestly there isn't a bad review out there for the Street Twin, Thruxton, T100 or T120 or the Street Scrambler. A little mixed for the Bobber.

Speed Twin 1200 coming this Summer. Similar to the Thruxton but the Bonnie tank, upswept exhaust. Dual headlights.

They're definitely milking all they can out of the platform.

Albert Haynesworth had the Suzuki dealership out west on Kingston Pike, just east of Lovell Road. Unfortunately he's not very good at owning businesses. That dealership bought the Triumph, BMW, and Ducatti distributorships. The dealership went under. Now you can't buy a Triumph, BMW, or Ducatti in Knoxville. Thanks Albert.

Well sorta,
Triumph of Knoxville is on Clinton hwy. Owned by the Brown family. Good bunch of guys there with a large selection of Triumph, Indian and Victory.

BMW available at Good Times in Alcoa.
Ducatti available at Mountain Motorsports in Sevierville.

Speaking of the Kingston Pike dealership (Ultimate Motorsports) I was in that location on more than one occasion when no one working there even spoke to me. Seemed more interested in consuming donuts and coffee than seeing if I or anyone else needed assistance.

That's good to hear. Mountain Motirsports is a pretty good distance from west Knoxville, but Ducatti is the most exotic of those three. I think that they sell Husqvarna out there too.

Seems like there's a dealer down I-75 towards Chattanooga that carries a few exotics. Ritchie maybe? About 5 years ago I mentioned to that owner that he should pick up the Husky rights.

The Brown family added the Suzuki franchise too didn't they? That dealership, Harley, and Good Times are the long term survivors in the Knoxville area motorcycle market. Those buildings on North Central (Yamaha/Norton and Honda), Alcoa Highway, and the Honda shop at Chapman/John Sevier (Valley Honda?) haven't been dealerships for decades. There use to even be a dealership on Sutherland Avenue... Yamaha I think. Hell fahr, Th' Katch strip club off of Lovell road was a Suzuki dealership before it had ladies dancing around nekkid.

That exact same thing happened to me too. I spent 30 minutes looking at every bike in their show room and not one employee spoke a single word to me. They weren't even all that busy.

We can get Ducati, BMW, Indian and all the regulars in Bham but not Triumph. There's not even a Triumph dealer anywhere in Alabama.

Closest are Pandora Motorsports in Chattanooga and a dealer in Pensacola.

Nice thing about Triumphs vs most of the Japanese brands is the dealers can prep them (oil, etc) and let you demo them without triggering a "buy" from the dealer in how they finance their inventory.
