Cartel Land (Netflix doc)

This **** is so crazy. I can't believe this is the world we live in. Some doctor organizes a militia to fight back against the cartel in Michoacan.

Deadpool 9.5/10

Some may know I'm a huge Deadpool fan, and have been waiting for this so long that might make my grade higher than most. But I loved this so much. Not just purely for comic fans, if you like action you'll enjoy this, if you like comedy you'll enjoy this, and if you are a nerd you will love it. If you are a nerd stay past the credits. I said it already, but best Stan Lee cameo ever.

The Gunman - 7/10 formulaic plot, but Sean Penn does a good job portraying a former mercenary trying to outlive his past.

The Double - 6/10 Richard Gere mails it in and Topher Grace looks lost in this decent tale of revenge.

Survivor - 3/10 Pierce Brosnan is a good bad guy, but the script in this movie was awful.

Robinson Crusoe - 4/10 another Brosnan movie. Not very good.

It's a movie that leaves a mark on you.

Sobering as hell.

I remember watching Kids when it first came out. I was in high school at the time. Even my angsty teenaged self was like, "Jesus Christ, do inner city kids really act like this?" Lol

All of Larry Clark's movies are like that, honestly. Graphic, surreal, edgy, cliched caricatures that he somehow turns into very realistic characters simply with dialogue (he's truly gifted in that regard). If you thought Kids was something, check out Bully with Brad Renfro, Nick Stahl, and Michael Pitt. It's also a Larry Clark movie and I'm pretty sure it's based on a true story. That movie is so messed up you almost feel like you need a shower after viewing it.

Anchorman 2- 6/10. It had some funny moments, like smoking crack on live tv. Several scenes made me laugh.

Yeah, Bully is kinda messed up. Also correct in it being based on a true story.
