'24 MS DL Kamarion Franklin (Ole Miss commit)

From MemphisMitch14 on VQ who has great info on Memphis area recruiting:

I keep being told by folks in MS to watch out for Ole Miss. Everything that I know tho, I thought Miami was the biggest player here with auburn trying to really get involved. We have always been in the thick of it. We just haven’t been talked about as much lately with him, but we never went away. From what Austin said with Miami, and the things I’ve gathered from the folks I know in MS, I’d say it’s gonna come down to us & Ole Miss. I like where we stand vs them. Now if he decides to visit auburn again before his decision or really not be worried about distance from home (which he would have to change his mind from how he’s thinking rn) then I’d be more worried about auburn and Miami. I like where we are tho currently vs Ole Miss.

Thought he was def planning on AUB visit during week next week after visiting Miami for BBQ this wkend?

it wasn't a case that happened under his tenure at Liberty, but he directly inserted himself, and his preaching, into the incident. he later had to walk back his DM's saying he didn't fully understand what was happening.

Its a pattern at this point. I fully back forgiving a single instance, intentional or not, but he has an established pattern of being on the wrong side of sexual scandals.
