Really hope we can land both him and Gmac but doesn’t look like that’s going to be possible. Thing is if Heupel continues to get better recruiting every year we’re going to have to get used to letting some kids go.

Where did you get that from? I think there's only 2 ways that we don't end up with Deuce in this next class.
1. If they wait for GMAC to make a decision and it goes beyond the month of January.
2. If GMAC wants to commit, but under the condition that he's the only QB in this class.

Personally, I'd be pushing for a commitment from Deuce and if GMAC still wants in, then great. If not, I'd be working to add Madden to go along with Deuce. I think a lot of this QB race will hinge on the first 5-6 games of the high school season. That's usually enough of a sample size to see their progression from sophomore to junior season. It also gives you a decent look at Madden as a starter. That would be late September to early October.

Dude? Face of the program type QBs don’t tend to commit til the Spring/Summer before their senior year. If he were to commit now, I’d be looking for a flip.

Nothing wrong with their strategy. I’d evaluate every viable prospect’s junior season before pressing for a commitment.

The game at Sara land will be televised on ESPN per yesterday's News Sentinel which had a good article on Knight.
