Good teams have nickels that can cover well though ideally we can get Gibson and Matthews and Conyer plays nickelPlenty of teams play a safety at nickel. It’s not simply due to a lack of corners. It’s common to replace a LB with a safety in the slot. None of our slot guys are smaller guys. They’re all safety type bodies.
