MSNBC has abandoned all pretense of objectivity

Is Richardson saying it's unfortunate that R Latinos were elected?

Almost.

Saddens me that he's the perfect picture of the modern, worthless politician. He's a professional vote gatherer as opposed to a leader or solution maker.

Awesome - R's elected 3 Hispanics statewide in NM and the D's 0 but it's still the D's that Hispanic's love

maddow is acting like the republicans lost everything. how can she say it's a devistating blow. everyone knew it was going to be tough to take the senate and harry's seat. so i think you'll see in 2012 the senate lose more seats. especially if the economy still stuggles.

Richardson sowing sour grapes and the MSNBC crew just lapping it up. Not once did they call him on any of his crap, even his weak sauce bashing of Cantor.

I find it a bit interesting that all of the big $ women "CEOs" lost in Whitman, Fiorina and McMahon.

Also some minority R candidates lost to white male D's. If it were reversed it would be because Rs are racist, sexist, fascist bastages but...

Sorry for the rant - of the 3, the biggest surprise is Whitman. Brown has a crap record and she had a great CEO record. Fiorina was forced out at HP and had big force reductions and McMahon was WWE

Anybody hear Olbermann try to rationalize the night into a Dem victory because it wasn't as bad as it appeared it might be? Nice parting lunacy.

i heard that. was he expecting like a 100+ seat pickup or something. everything i saw had a 50-55 seat pickup and here we go.

No way Matthews just made those comments about a "white boys club" that will pick the R POTUS candidate

John King has lost his mind on CNN with regard to these touch screens. He just pulled up the positive/negative twitter tracker for the Whitman and Brown election. It showed positive tweets and negative tweets about each candidate throughout the election cycle. The stupid plot was nothing but a mirror image of positive/negative tweets with blips based on big news or proximity to election day. There was absolutely zero useful information from it....yet he decided it was a "fascinating use of social media."

I like King, honestly...but that was just dumb.

And now using Palin endorsements as some sort of consolation prize.

Afraid to link this beating to Obama.

I fail to see how anyone, regardless of their political leanings, could not link this to Obama. He has spent more time on party politics and his own agenda than fixing real problems that already existed when he took office. That party is over.

Olbermann has been making fun of boehner crying all morning on his twitter.

I wonder if MSNBC's ratings are going to be slightly elevated by people like us that just tune in for the laughs?

Someone should have passed out Kleenex last night. That was some funny stuff.
