Btw Theo said there was another 7 mile section they didn't show, and Danny said they cut about 30% of the final. Evidently a swimming and canoeing section was cut. Also Kaycee had Rhabdomyolysis.

Almost killed my BIL. He placed 2nd in a 100-mile race (led until the last 3 miles) and passed out 2 hrs afterwards in a food line. Kidneys shut down. He was hospitalized for like 3 weeks

Nice (on 2nd place) but also damn. Yeah she said the DRs said it was life threatening. IIRC Zach was in the hospital 3 or 4 weeks after WOW2

So the upcoming season (39) is all loosers,notable names Horacio yay, Olivia, Nurys, Berna, Big ugh T, Colleen, Melissa yay, Michelle, Zara yay, Moriah, Ed, Emanuel, Jay. Interesting no MTV regulars and the cast is only 24 people. My guess is Invasion of Champs or Vets, probably vets cause 40 is rumored to be all Champs and they probably want new winners here. They need women winners for 40 pretty bad.

Correct, all we know so far is the 24 that has departed for the season. I'm just guessing it's an Invasion format cause 24 is a small cast, and if they want new champs for 40 I can't see them leaving Cory, Fessy, Josh, Kyle etc off a non champ season. Honestly I hope I'm wrong and it's just 24 people and like 14 episodes.

I would love for Josh to win. Fessy would be so conflicted about it losing to him on 2 different shows, not to mention all the anguish among fans. Delightful

I get it I low key want Paulie to win one just to make fans lose it. Josh winning before Fessy would be hilarious, especially since Devin just won too. Fessy would lose his mind lol

Women winners for 40 is going to suck, it will he half women that won in the last 3 years. Probably no Jenny or Amber, and no Ashley or Dee. Itll be Laurel, Cara, Tori, Kaycee, and...yeah lol

I can't with Paulie. I kind of understand Josh and his damage. Once I saw how nice and normal Cody was, knowing Paulie comes from the same family makes his douchiness irreconcilable for me. But you and I both like to see the world burn (when the stakes are low).

Me too. If I am making a cast she is my top woman I want. She is in a very small group that gives you everything you want in a cast member and can truly carry a season. Everyone always claims to not give a ****, but Laurel really does not give any ****s. Lol

Josh will never win. He is not good at anything, except crying and talking about how he's going to give it his all for his family, followed by more crying.

Fessy sucks too. He's a great athlete but benefits from being bigger than everyone. Can't eat and TBH if he made another final he'd probably finish 4th again. I think he has a tendency to do like CT did on that Exes 2 final - not pace himself and get gassed out.

New cast for 39 is wack. I miss the old heads. The good ol days of the Challenge are gone. I'm getting old. These new fame whores and 'influencers' are horrible.

Josh is a loser in eliminations but he can run and he's not bad at puzzles, which are a huge part of the battle in finals. He just needs a few breaks (and there are always weird ones) and he can contend. I always think about Fessy not getting picked for the bell-ringing contest because of his good relationship with Cory (something that should have benefitted him, but they didn't know what was coming). He would've got a full night's sleep in a cozy shelter and everybody else would've been ****ed, but it went to Bananas because he's not friends with Cory.

Josh can win IMO, but like 99% of the guys, they need one of two things to happen. Either no Jordan or CT in the final, or Jordan and CT strapped to Aneesa or someone similar. I would normally say Bananas but idk anymore.

Fessy 4th place could def win with no food, or Jordan, or CT or a foot of snow and was just good at random sh*t. Right now though he's just generic Zach minus the win and the humor. So I guess he's just the male version of Nicole Z.

The thing confusing about season 39s cast, is I get bringing in new people but I thought that's what Challenge USA and stuff was for. But now they put MTV regulars on Challenge USA and then made the regular challenge with no MTV regulars. Seems backwards.

So not invasion of Champs or Vets, but every elimination features a vet, basically a season of mercenaries. The house votes 2 or 3 people in, then a vet picks who they want to face, and no if the vet wins he or she does not enter the game. I really dislike this, but hey congrats to Horacio and Olivia on making a final as no vet will pick them IMO oh and just 1 winner, not 1 girl and 1 guy.

Cory first, him and Paulie before Bananas and Fessy, with Bananas being 3rd to last. This team picking hurt my brain. I'm pretty excited for another Cutthroat type season, but I really wish they would have done this with John, Weston, and Christopher as captains.

I always say Tori doesn't have a type but it's just various versions of the same guy. Jordan, Pirate Jordan, and now Derpy Jordan.

Also Desi is sooo ridiculously pretty. I always see people talk about her on reddit, I skipped USA 1, she seems really smart and strong too. I get the hype.

They might've stacked the odds too much against the old vets. Also, Michelle's been on like 4 seasons now and won Survivor so it's funny to have her talking about "the vets" like the actual rookies shouldn't be after her.

This is me showing my Challenge fandom age, but I hated hearing Wes say Johhny is his #1. I mean, I get it... but I wish they still gunned for each other.

Not many of the new guy competitors seems like legit threats. The square who won amazing race looks like he's about 140lbs. Luis has sucked at everything so far. Derpy jordan with the wizard ears isn't intimidating. And the ken doll with herpes on his lips would get wrecked in anything.

With Red and Blue sticking together, odds are stacked against Wes for surviving long. Odds are Bananas won't stick around if they continue to target them because he's terrible in eliminations. If Fessy or Cory don't win this season, they don't have it in them to win.

Do these wins count towards challenge wins or are these gimmicky wins like the Champs vs Stars things?

I like that the vets are getting targeted, but I'm gonna need a chart for what constitutes being a vet. Josh and Paulie are but Michelle and Fessy are not? I am glad the rookies aren't folding yet, to many times they say this then fall apart and fall in line. Rookie Girls>>>Rookie Men definitely.

Btw Fessy is in a great position, he's magically not a vet, and the vets want the rookies. He just needs to go full CT and just chill. It's way early but this might be his best shot, no Jordan or CT, Bananas and Wes are probably screwed. If he can't beat Josh, Cory and these other guys in a final then idk.
