The Paulie thing is funny, 30 minutes of air time and the challenge world loves him now. Maybe he has changed and I am all for redemption. But on reddit when this season started the mods made Paulie the pic for the main page, and the mods said they were getting threats, cussed out and getting called ists and phobes. Now reddit is a Paulie love fest. And all he had to do was go to therapy and become bi, somewhere Georia is yelling, "kiss him again" lol

Not many of the new guy competitors seems like legit threats. The square who won amazing race looks like he's about 140lbs. Luis has sucked at everything so far. Derpy jordan with the wizard ears isn't intimidating. And the ken doll with herpes on his lips would get wrecked in anything.

With Red and Blue sticking together, odds are stacked against Wes for surviving long. Odds are Bananas won't stick around if they continue to target them because he's terrible in eliminations. If Fessy or Cory don't win this season, they don't have it in them to win.

Do these wins count towards challenge wins or are these gimmicky wins like the Champs vs Stars things?

They count as far as I know. I always see people referred to as X Time champ and it includes everything but Champs vs Stars. Wes 3 time and Jordan 4 time for example

Yeah the numbers are lopsided in total, but team wise they are screwed too. The only chance they have really is to win an elimination and then all jump to the same team, so they can at least control it if they win the daily. Sidenote it was kind of funny watching Tori get steam rolled during deliberation though, after always being in the biggest alliance.

Side note wouldn't it have been smarter for bananas and his Alliance instead of throwing five balls to Monte and three balls to Tyler, just put all eight on a girl? That would have made it 9 balls for women vs 5 for men, instead of 1 for women vs 13 for men.

I said that during thee elimination....but that means quite a few arena wins to load up on one team. Bananas should take Cory's spot in blue team.

I thought the same thing. Wouldn't it be better to get rid of Amanda instead of risking 2 red team members? Nobody likes her anyway and she's a wild card! Now Paulie's gone, don't care for him much but he could've help win some dailies!! Wasn't a good choice in my humble opinion.....

True but at this point they are going to have plenty of opportunities. Tori probably should have went red last week for Tiffany, it would have made red stronger and blue weaker, and given them the majority with Tori, Bananas, Josh and Bananas new lap dog.

Agree. The rookies are playing their game and the vets haven't adjusted yet. Maybe their head is out of their butt now.....

Love seeing bananas targeted and watching him whine endlessly. Congrats on have done to yourself what you for years rallied to be done to others like Wes.

Surprised he won that elimination but once Paulie missed that last bean bag it was over.

Johnny’s on chance is to pick blue. But he might also be smart to go green, pair with Wes, and a bunch of rookies and build their truest that way. Staying Red is a death trap.

Oh, one other thing I'll add... MTV is fairly predictable in this way - the way the episode aired, with them kind of profiling Paulie and showcasing his come back story, counseling, finding himself blah blah blah... it was pretty obvious he was going to be in the elimination. Monte and Josh had a lot of ping pong balls in the hopper as well, but they got no real air time that episode so it was fairly obvious to me that their names weren't going to be drawn.

Anyone else notice that?

I mean, I guarantee the episode that Josh gets eliminated (hopefully soon) there will be a segment early in the hour where he's talking about coming out or how important his family is to him and he's doing this for them and would die for them, etc. Tears will be involved.

Yeah MTV is so bad at this. When Paulie was talking to Tori, I thought oh yeah he's going in and probably going home. They are bad with previews too, which I generally avoid. This week I didn't for some reason and I know what Bananas does already because MTV sucks.

Could be worse I suppose I was rewatching a season awhile back and one episode was titled something like "Good Bye Derrick" lol

Kind of related due to the episode being "In Tyson We Trust" Tyson winning the competition where he got a penalty lap, while being partnered with a person that can't swim was super impressive.

I do like USA 1 so far, pretty good personalities, good dailies and elims, I like the algorithm though I questions its randomness. I could live without Sarah being a main character but oh well. Lol

Edit: it is funny and a bit sad that 90% of the casts strategy is, "I hope I get Tyson or Angela as a partner and they can win me money"

Last episode was kind of boring but glad to see Amanda and Luis gone. Luis did nothing well this season, and he added no value. There's a couple people like that remaining.

I'm surprised they did a double elimination considering how few people are on this season. But I hated to see them stop swinging for big fish. I definitely see potential for this season to become as lopsided as .... what season was that with Bad Asses vs Good Guys? Where there was like 10 red team people left and they smoked the 2-3 person blue team in the finals but ultimately lost because of Big E? That season was lop sided and I could see blue dominating all the dailies from here on out.

Since its highly unlikely bananas gets voted in another elimination any time soon, I'll turn my attention to rooting for Josh to go. He is too much. You can definitely tell he tries so hard for camera time. Its exhausting.

First and most important, Desi in the confessional in that white shirt made me hit puberty again.

So much for sticking together. Josh is annoying AF but hey it worked this time. How much longer before he flops in an elimination though? We all know it's coming.

So Green has the 2 best girls and 2 best guys, and got rid of their weakest player. Gotta go solo soon I would think, since this season is only 12 episodes.

Bananas...get a restraining order immediately on Dusty or you will wake up to him sucking your toes.

Mass chaos in the house, cut to Fessy chilling with a kitten outside. Are they trying to make me like Fessy? Lol

I saw on reddit MTV supposedly was disappointed in this season hence the speed running eliminations. According to multiple cast members...Last night Luis won round 1, and Chris won rounds 2 & 3. While Desi destroyed Amanda in 1 round and then we saw the other one. Pretty wack if true. Also the end with Bananas and Tori only blocking green in the daily, supposedly was really intense and physical with all 4 cussing each other out while playing, and the edited it down a bunch. Again wack lol

It usually works for him. I don't understand it at all, but I've seen it happen 20x. It's how he won Big Brother. Person A would be in the right. Josh would pick a fight with person A for no reason and he'd act like a fool. Person A's game would fall apart. Rinse and repeat. It was bizarre.
