Mueller Report Imminent

This is what you’re bringing to the table??

Prosecutors bring charges. It’s their job. The esteemed Robert Mueller had an investigation that lasted two years with no limit to the scope.

Where are the charges of obstruction? Where are the charges for collusion?

Looks like he came up empty handed to me.

I would love to see a source for the bold.

And Putin wants those he considers to be Russia's adversaries weakened. Why do you think he hates NATO so much. Not because he thinks Germany should pay more for defense.

Get the point? Europe is bleeding itself dry.

When it comes to NATO, isn't Trump making it stronger by making European Nations pay it's 2% GDP obligation for defense spending?

Which of those countries spend more on health care than us?

Yes, as long as we remain in it throughout his term.

If the US hadn't bailed them out after WW2 with the Marshall Plan and paid most of their defense since then through NATO, they wouldn't have lasted nearly this long. And we wouldn't have had to listen to Dims scurrying about and ranting about civilized countries with socialized medicine ... or things like Greece.

Exactly, The countries having to increase that spending is putting them into huge financial binds.

I shared the video because I think it is funny.

First, there was a scope and it was not unlimited. Here you go. Special Counsel investigation (2017–2019) - Wikipedia

For example, the scope on collusion only looked at the campaign and direct connections to the Russian government. But the report includes a ton of information about don jr and others meeting with Russians who happen to be associated with the government. Legally there is a difference.

Second, in the report released today Muller states it is up to congress to look at obstruction and other issues because of DOJ regulations regarding a sitting president.

So at the end of the day muller was following the law just like a good prosecutor.

Except it’s not up to congress to make that determination, that’s the job of the DOJ

I truly feel sorry for Mickey, luther, TNRibs, LG, EL, Velo and Carlos. I know their hopes and dreams were hinging on this "investigation." Sorry fellas. But you lost yet again. Many on here kept telling you but you ignored it. But you guys can take solqce in the fragile society we live in now, you can take off work to ease the blow. You can just say you were triggered by Trumps second win and you need time in your safe space to recover.

Clearly it wasn’t...because Mueller charged other crimes not in any way related to the election.

From your own source: the investigation's scope included allegations that there were links or coordination between Donald Trump's presidential campaign and the Russian government[4][5] as well as "any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation."

Mueller punted the obstruction because he couldn’t prove it and he knew it. He’s the prosecutor. He charges. Why investigate and put in he report if he cannot do anything about it? Is this an admission this the esteemed Mueller’s investigation is a mere political exercise?

The report sites DOJ regulations which are the same ones that were followed during the Starr report/Clinton impeachment and created during watergate. DOJ punted those to congress as well. Also DOJ didnt prosecute Nixon but the watergate report provided a road map for congress, which IMO is happening again with this report.

Yes the report admits he couldn’t prove it beyond a reasonable doubt which is a legal standard. The standard for impeechment and congress uses is different.

To be clear I am not shocked at all by these decisions. It was also going come down to either congress or 2020 which ever comes first.
