If you mean the Republicans going off on their conjectural rants, knowing that Barr insisted Mueller not comment on anything outside of the language of the report, then yeah.. but those questions were "Barred".

For the record, Eric Trump is a grown man as is Ivanka and Don Jr. and they've all inserted themselves into the political arena. Toughen up or go back to the kiddie table.

How so? He can use his presidential powers but it’s not obstruction. Even top constitutional lawyers say there’s no obstruction.
