Racers looked great tonight at home against a ranked opponent. They definitely deserve a bid after today, stretching it to 26-1. Cannon is a baller.

You're right. However, I had no idea of today's outcome when posting. Today's win makes no difference on this issue. They would have gotten an at large had they finished the season with a loss in the OVC tournament.

They have the skill to play with anyone if they play to potential. Weak schedule or not, they can play.

I watched them play Tennessee State earlier in the week. They will be a tough draw in the tournament. At times they get red hot and cannot miss, putting together 20-4 runs where they just impose their will and put a game away.

It's pretty exciting basketball to watch.

We'll see how they fare against teams whose names don't end in Tech, Peay, or, Southeast State.

I'd like to seem them meet up with Luhville in the second round or so, and house them like Morehead St did last year. Two straight exits back to back by smaller Kentucky schools, that would be like Christmas come early.

One of the guys I work with is a Murray State graduate and he has been on cloud nine over how well his team has been playing....I am happy for him and have actually caught myself rooting them on....I hope they shock a team or two in the tournament....Those guys can play no doubt!

The Ovc championship is today. We are going to see if Murray can hold on, or if the OVC will send 2 teams. #Hunger_Games
