Yes but a POTUS should never go on record and announce to the world that he dosn't have a plan. Especially when it comes to our enemy's, makes us look week and indecisive.

You act as if they don't already know that via our actions. Foreign policy is measured in action, not words.
Our actions has shown that we have no plan.

For once, I respect the fact that he was honest. It was refreshing given all the lies, corruption, and shenanigans that has come out of his administration.
