Senile moment. Happens a lot as I get older. All my life I always figured a person should say what they feel and suffer the consequences-good or bad.

Maybe I don't understand what Libertarians stand for (most Libertarians don't either) but as a conservative I believe a private property owner has the right to set the rules on their property and if you want to visit that property you should respect those rules.

SMI or Bruton Smith owns 8 tracks, most in the SE, these are not owned by nascar. I was wrong however ISC joined with nascar in October of last year they hold about half the nascar races at their facilities.

First, I thought this had been done years ago. Second, I don't know anyone who watches NASCAR anymore although I knew a lot who did in the 90s. Third, NASCAR is having to physically retrench to it's it's traditional strongholds of support to just try and sell out some races and get interest back into the sport. I would think Bubba (not the driver but the stereotype redneck) is their target audience right now and this probably isn't going to make him want to waste his disability check for pit passes at the Nashville Speedway. Overall, don't care.

The Traitor flag is hate, pure and simple. "Oh but its history" sure it is, awful pure evil history, just like the Nazi flag. Don't see that flying all over Germany.... Except for the white supremacist that believe in it. Im sure there is no Adolf Hitler High School, like the Robert E. Lee schools throughout the south. What some of our forefathers fought for was wrong. Its a morality check thats long over do. Ill actually start watching Nascar again. Its not like anyone was at the races anymore anyway.

The odd thing is that the rectangular "southern cross" was never more than a CSA naval flag. I think it became popular because people like the look and flag printers could use the 3x5' blanks that they print everything else on to make it. I sometimes fly a first national CSA flag and 99.9% of people have no idea what it is.

That's your opinion and I disagree with it, but let's go with it. This is America. Are we such a weak country that we can only fly flags of love? If I'm a cop then I'm going to think BLM is a symbol of hate towards me. Should I lobby NASCAR to ban that flag or should I just be grown up and deal with it?

BLM is a symbol that says 87% of lives do not matter in this country.
