Difference between a noose/slipknot & a bowline knot is a bowline knot won't tighten when you pull it.

You posted a quote from a statement from NASCAR referencing the FBI report. Then you stated the FBI didn't call it a noose. That's not correct. NASCAR did not call it a noose in their statement referencing the FBI report. The FBI did call it that. You can see that in their report that I linked. I'm not arguing whether it is or isn't. I didn't see it, but the FBI/US Atty did say it was a noose. That isn't up for debate.

Because there are a ton of dipshits in the world who immediately insinuated this was a hate crime directed at Wallace while many other dipshits insinuated Wallace pulled a Smollett. All of these dipshits jumped to these conclusions with no investigation at all. Now it seems the lines are drawn, and there is no room between those two postures.
