Obviously neither have you. I-4 between Orlando and Tampa in August averages about 20 MPH because no one knows how to drive. The same holds true when you cross the Manatee River on I-75 headed south until you pass Venice.

FYI - the common definition of noose

a loop with a running knot, tightening as the rope or wire is pulled and typically used to hang people or trap animals.

The "tightening" aspect is key. If these garage pulls tightened as they were pulled then they are pretty useless as pulls since you'd have to loosen them after every use.
