Wow, that is a laughable take. Last I checked our liberal friends on the board were not wanting people to die or be murdered by the police. Not too mention the rampant homophobia/otherism.
It is true, I've got no dog in any fight, don't really care if pressed to be honest, don't care about any of you or anyone not important in my life, and realistically, that is the same for all of us.
I will say
seemingly (again, my perceived perception) first to usually react are liberals, not true of all, or somehow not saying the right side doesn't, but, in general it is a quicker step to uncivil, or what I would call passive aggressive or smart arse indignity that if in person might require an attitude adjustment.
Generalizations, one case is like no other, same for people, maybe there have been individuals who in a conversation or response or emotional retort or completely misguided or flat out wrong opinion have said what you claim.....not saying doesn't or isn't happening or happened.......but, you have your opinion and everyone else their's.......
and that is what seems to just not be accepted by most anyone anymore.
Person wants to believe in something, all I ask is if you say that is "you", or important to you, then be ready to fight and die for those words and beliefs, regardless of what I feel about whatever thought held, doesn't matter, respecting the actual conviction is what is respectful and most importantly.....what keeps man from killing other men.
Seriously, no matter what insane, immoral, unethical, indecent whatever....
or what I perceive to be those things.......I need to either shut my trap and accept that is "you", and go about my life and avoid you. Other than that, what is going to come from it........escalation.
We all enjoy, or for the most part should enjoy, the back and forth and dialogue and never throw names or insults, but, some people like to banter and interact that way, some don't at all, and we should always try to just stay in that civility range or mode......and enjoy reading and replying on here.
But, it is inevitable,
we all succumb to dumb assery, and retort, and we all need to try to just be nicer and treat other's better than we would want to be treated.........isn't that what all "this" hubbub and craziness occurring is about.......
