TCU has absolutely no business being in this game. The problem is what it always had been. Strength of schedule does not weigh enough in the formula. You can have a 25 team playoff and it won't matter until teams are forced to play a decent regular season schedule.

But Sonny Dykes claimed that TCU played a tougher schedule than SEC schools…he was taking shots at weak SEC schedules…so maybe you don’t have to be that smart to coach
