Notre Dame has a negligent murderer for a coach and two sex criminals on the team, one of whose victims killed herself because of the intimidation she received following the assault.
To think that somehow compares to a drunken idiot who rubbed his junk on another drunken idiot is some pretty twisted thinking.
Yeah, let's compare what OJ did to bad judgment on Kelly's part.
Again, you sure do project. Whatever makes you feel better.
You said he was a 'negligent murderer'. Please provide the link.
No, you called him a 'negligent murderer'. I asked you to provide a link where he was convicted as such. If you're going to throw out lies, you need to back them up.
Again, OJ Simpson killed two people and was not convicted.
Kelly sent that kid up in a portable lift in a windstorm. That decision resulted in the kid's death. There was a clear and present danger that Kelly ignored. Notre Dame settled with the victim's family. Because the settlement is sealed, there is no way to know what responsibility Kelly personally accepted.
I'm sure Kelly regrets it after the fact, but I'm also sure a lot of coaches have probably sent kids up in a portable lift when the wind wasn't always calm. I doubt anyone does anymore. And if I'm the "kid", I question why I'm going up there in the first place if it was unsafe. At some point, you have to ask yourself is this safe. He was of legal age so he bears some responsibility too.
If Kelly was truly considered a 'negligent murderer' in question then he would've been tried as a 'murderer' as OJ was. He wasn't.
Right. The DA for South Bend was going to charge ND's football coach. That's a surefire plan for keeping your job.
It's also really likely that a kid doing a workstudy job is going to tell the ND football coach 'no'. His last words made it clear that he was terrified on that lift.
Because he and you know it would be stupid to do that. That's why I said you were projecting.
That "kid" was 20. Not 10. If his last words made it clear he was terrified then he really shouldn't have gone up there. If someone tells you to do something against your better judgment and you think your life is in danger then do you still do it? Sorry, not me.
You must have been the only 20 year old in history who would have stood up to your boss and said 'I'm too scared to do what you're telling me to do. Despite the fact that I could have my tuition waiver revoked if I don't perform, there is no way I'm doing (insert job requirement).'

If it's life threatening, I'd bet more than one person wouldn't have done it. If your boss tells you to jump off a bridge I guess you just go ahead and do it?
So it's all the victim's fault?
I suppose the girl who was assaulted by the football player killed herself because she lead him on and felt horrible about it.
No, but he bears some responsibility. That is why Kelly was never charged for 'negligent murder' as you want to charge him with.

I don't know what the girl feels. However, you acting like Bama and Bama players haven't done thug things before is priceless. Every damn big time college program recruits from the same cesspool yet you think Bama is above it. Good Lord.
she feels dead...she killed herself after getting harrassing emails from teammates, and the run around from school security and administration after she reported being raped
