Just throwing in my thoughts im pulling for no one in this match up...

Being a parent I know that if something happen to my son and I believed that it was anything more than an accident I would not settle out of court...

I would take the case as public as i could and get someones ass fired...

Im not saying this was the kids fault but no job is worth your life and if he felt his was in serious danger and he still went up in the lift how can you blame anyone?

Yes he shouldn't have been asked but again ....

outside of the magnitude of the transgressions, the other big difference is the Notre Dame player raped the girl that killed herself...the teabagging and tree issues were fans

Sorry but ND is the team of the Anti-Christ. I hate Bama, but not as bad as ND.

That said the best thing that could happen is a plane flying either OSU or Michigan would crash into the game, and eliminate 3 of my most hated teams.

Man I really want neither of these teams to win. Possible??? KSt was the team I thought was gonna be in it since the beginning and so pissed they lost 1.

Anyway, obviously people know the name of the player that was accused of this rape at ND...anyone come across who it is??

This is true. But the NDCP didn't even interview the accused for almost two weeks after the initial report was filed. By that point, the victim was dead and could no longer provide assistance in the investigation. 'Botched' seems like an apt description.
