I'm late to the thread here so if this question has been asked, please forgive me.

Television ratings aside, why on earth do the NBA playoffs take 3 months? ok, I guess it's because of all the 7-game series. but isn't it a little bit ridiculous?

There is NO time the NBA is worth watching. I root for a sweep in every series in order to eliminate the amount of time that garbage ocupies on one of my channels.

without the nba there are no sports worth watchin other than nascar. I rather watch the grass grow, or paint dry, or do anything instead of watching 300 MLB games. baseball is boring, one of their biggest stars about the be the home run king, even though he cheated. great sport

I would rather watch TNT or whoever broadcast Shawshank Redemption or whatever else for the 1000th time than to watch NBA.

Im sorry but Baseball and Nascar are HORRIBLE to watch. Dont tell you would rather watch THAT than the NBA Playoffs.

baseball is not boring, you just have to know the game. The NBA rules have taken traditional basketball away and make it almost impossible to watch. As for Bonds, and I'm no fan, you can't be a cheater if you didn't do anything illegal. Just because it's illegal now doesn't mean he cheated five years ago.

Baseball in my view just plays WAY to many games to keep your interest. A few years ago I would have disagreed with you on Nascar but now I won't.

Yeah, I hate it when something I don't like is on 3 whole channels. How does "The Man" expect us to tune in to one of the other 50, 75, 150, 250 other channels, depending on your cable/sat package. Get over yourself.

The NBA is so uninteresting that he has to come into this thread and post about it. I'm not a huge fan, but the finals last year were really entertaining. Dwayne Wade is fun to watch. Steve Nash and the Suns are pretty enjoyable as well.

I've never heard a crowd boo at as much random stuff as the Utah fans do. It's really irritating when they just boo for no reason.

That Boozer has turned out to be a lot better pro than I thought he'd be. Cleveland should've held on to him.

Is he worth the max though? That's the real question. That's why the Cavs let him go.

Can ya'll believe Golden State is still in it. That is just hard for me to imagine. I still remember the days of Chris Mullin.
