Tucker just had a guy who was at the scene.... said the tv guy and the security thug had a third "blm" agitator who was calling some of the Black Patriots "house ******" and the tv crew and the thug followed the blm antifa arse-ho filming until they got the response they wanted. The witness said the tv guy, thug and blm agitator were all huddled up talking before this went down.I don’t know. I think the guy is screwed.
My theory is the reporter or producer hired the guy under the guise of security but in reality they hired him as a provocateur to create a story and it got out of hand.

Lots of speculation going on about those photos and what they show. A good prosecutor or defense attorney will be able to spin them either way. I wonder how long it will be before the witness statements leak.
Hmm. Maybe it was in a news article.Grassy knoll? I missed any discussion about a second gun.
The guy he shot moved back before he was shot. That's going to be hard to spin as provocation and a reason to fire. Looks much more like a retaliatory move from a snotty little punk that just got slapped.
I thought it was already determined that Doloff wasnt a licensed security guard.Hmm. Maybe it was in a news article.
“Two guns and a Mace can were found at the crime scene, Police Division Chief Joe Montoya said.”
Security guard jailed in deadly shooting at Denver protests
No idea how self defense or defense of others is defined in CO and wouldn’t have enough detail to say if it could work, but there is a pretty straightforward narrative here for the shooter that is bolstered if the second gun belonged to the deceased.
I don’t know enough about the story or security licensing in Colorado to know whether that has been determined and, if so, how it’s significant.I thought it was already determined that Doloff wasnt a licensed security guard.
You had mentioned defense of others.I don’t know enough about the story or security licensing in Colorado to know whether that has been determined and, if so, how it’s significant.
Do you have to be a licensed security guard to claim self-defense in Colorado?
Don't think you can claim self-defense when carrying a gun illegally and you go up to a guy to attempt to take his mace illegallyI don’t know enough about the story or security licensing in Colorado to know whether that has been determined and, if so, how it’s significant.

No but if your claim is you're providing security, while your social media presence indicates support for Antifa along with reports from people on the ground there that he along with this news crew appeared to instigate or stage the conflict then that conflict results in the death of a participant is significant both criminally and in terms of culpability for the shooter, station and the security firm.I don’t know enough about the story or security licensing in Colorado to know whether that has been determined and, if so, how it’s significant.
