‘23 NC EDGE Rico Walker (Maryland commit)

Im simply in awe of UNC football and its facilities. Cant explain to you all how grandiose it is compared to rest of CFB. Really harkens back to the days of 12:00 kickoff. Nothing says Jeff Pilot Maryland-UNC matchup like Scott Stadium.

Sometimes it may just best to bulldoze it and start over.View attachment 472969

Call me crazy…but I kind of like stadiums like this…I know it doesn’t appeal whatsoever to the big time football crowd…but it does have a quaintness to it that has a sentimental appeal to me

meh

Ive been to whatever you call stadium in CH. Its a joke.

I’ve been to plenty of “joke” stadiums, and Kenan isn’t close to as bad as some……some a whole lot more well known and admired….

It definitely ain’t Neyland. I get it!

Neyland is my favorite stadium to go to, but not in the top 5 nicest I’ve been to.

it has worst atmosphere i've seen.

I think VT is probably the best of those 3.

Agreed. Clemson has a beautiful stadium with arguably the best tailgating I’ve ever experienced (I’ve been to multiple UT and PSU games) but once you get inside the game atmosphere is just boring.

If they ever get rid of the 100 year old urinals, it would be great. As of now, I would rather not have to go there.

I've never been in the men's bathrooms at Neyland, but have had season tickets in the people's end zone for about 30 years. I'm 30 seconds from women's restroom, I have to scoot sideways to close the stall door, have plenty of graffiti to read while I sit! Doesn't bother me a bit, in fact, I absolutely love the character of the South end zone corridors where they used to hold classes, have offices. I've taken my children & now my grandsons down the ramp to watch the opponents come in to their locker room at half-time (it was better before they put the mesh on the chain link fencing!). I've huddled shoulder to shoulder in the "tunnels" with fellow fans during lightning delays. I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I'll miss this old part of Neyland when it's renovated.

To each his own.
