And then there is that. He has made claims that many of our current players are mired in the pit of perennial failure. Something which I myself would counter by assuring him that the program would see an abrupt culture change with the addition of young men such as himself. Winning begins on the recruiting trail.

It goes to what people choose to believe and that is greatly impacted by what leaders tolerate people believing. The roster and recruiting rules limit how quickly a coach can turn that around completely. However your point is a good one. People with defeatist, beaten attitudes can more quickly be shuffled to the back if you have talented people to replace them.

He is the Gandalf of this board sometimes he speaks in riddles, sometimes he is way right, sometimes way wrong, but seems legit connected. Above all, speak no ill of him, he has quite the cult following.
