'19 NC RB Quavaris Crouch (Tennessee signee)

Everyone is reporting “move on...nothing to see here.” Which tells me this one is probably going to happen. If so, I would expect after their bowl game on the 31st. Going to be a long few weeks if i’m right.

Welcome.

Some here won't make it another week. Lol.

The Pub will be flooded with...

Man in NC
Man in Virginia
Man in Texas
Man in Kentucky
Man in Tennessee

Man in.....threads.

Maybe but makes no sense if so....
Outside of helping OSU keep a signee on board it does nothing, very poor way to take care of Tennessee football if so.

He'd be the new Tennessee oc by now if it was him. College coaches are leaving for new jobs left and right.

If the new OC is a college guy the only reason they should still be at the old school is the playoff. I'm not saying I'm cool with that it's just the only reason I can rationalize. If it's not a playoff team and they're sticking with the old school until after the signing period that is sleazy as shat. For all parties involved.

Let's not forget Pruitt was named Tennessee's hc while wearing Alabama gear in the freaking national championship. I don't think it'd be a big deal for yurcich to be named the new Tennessee oc while standing on a 6-6 ok st sideline during the liberty bowl...

What if he can’t be announced yet (whoever it is) because of some clause in his existing contract? Just trying to give UT some benefit of the doubt. Hopefully we are not that inept!

Because of a preexisting contract? How do we get credit for that?

Exactly. National championship wasn't too big of a stage to postpone that announcement. But a bowl game at legion field is? He's not the new oc

And if no contract is signed they wont leave if they are still that attached to the school they are at now

One possible reason for holding off on an announcement could be securing the staff he wants to bring with him.

Correct, that's what this speculation that someone is on-board but being kept under wraps is just that, pure speculation

If he does visit this weekend, coupled with the fact that we have the final in-home visit, then I really like our chances with this kid.

He loves the University of Tennessee. He says this place gives him the butterflies.
Also gives him over a decade of lousy football. We lose recruits to Clemson, not the other way. Hope springs eternal though.
