Yep. Both he and his former coach/current mentor have said he plans on telling the school of his choice where he's going in the ESP but he'll wait to make it public till January 5 at the all-star game.

sure there is. He loves everything about Tennessee and coaches. Hated the leftover culture from the Butch era. That house is being cleaned. The players that dont tolerate losing are being placed with recruits to show the culture shift.

How is this sign but keep it secret thing going to work? With most states open records laws, I would think the press will find out by Christmas or at least New Year's with public universities whether an LOI has been signed. Some private schools like ND, Vanderbilt or Miami probably can get away with it, but I think most of the kids who think this is happening are going to be disappointed.

After hearing this from so many coaches for so long, it rings kind of hollow. It's an unfortunate part of modern recruiting that you get kids who are silent to one program but will string opposing staffs along as a distraction. Even worse are the moles who just show up to try and pry away other commits. At the end of the day, it only matters who we get to sign.
