'19 NC RB Quavaris Crouch (Tennessee signee)

I just hope he gets his 5th star back at the all star game. Probably the reason he doesn't want to announce he's committed to the Vols

Friedman had the same report here yesterday. Nothing new there. The plan coming out of last weekend was for Crouch to sign — either financial aid or LOI. Sounds like he's leaning toward a final decision with a LOI. As of right now (10:30 p.m.), I expect him to sign but wait on anyannouncement until Jan. 5.

Sources said Thursday night that the 6-foot-2.5, 230-pound Crouch, who's coming off a surprise visit to Tennessee last weekend, plans to sign a binding National Letter of Intent on Friday before the end of the Early Signing Period.

And while his plan for months has been to announce his college choice at the Jan. 5 all-star game, a source close to Crouch's recruitment said it's not out of the question that Crouch could decide to make his decision public as early as Friday. The source said no final decision had been made on whether Crouch will wait to reveal his choice at the all-star game.

Multiple sources have continued to indicate that Tennessee is believed to be the favorite to land Crouch, who's ranked the No. 39 overall prospect and No. 2 athlete in the industry-generated 247Sports Composite for the 2019 class. Clemson and Michigan are the other main contenders.

I predicted UT the other day. As I posted earlier, they would be my pick as things stand now.
