'19 NC RB Quavaris Crouch (Tennessee signee)

God... I hope we Land this one along with Wright and we finish second best in the east and at least top 12.(already second in the east) I hate the Gators being right behind us rn.

With FSU and Miami struggling, UF should be humiliated to be recruiting at the level they are, given the talent in their state.

if iam not mistaking we got 2 counters back with tanner and brooks medically retiring.

So what does it mean for Pruitt and the program? Antonutti will remain on academic scholarship but will not count toward the scholarship number of 85 for football. The football program was granted his initial scholarship back from last season.
here is article for devonte brooks

I agree with what Hyams just said on Nashville radio. So far this is a good class but not great and what can make it great is adding recruits who can contribute on the field as Freshmen.

Rumor coming from the hill that he won’t sign today, because he signed Thursday already???? If that is the case, then it is done. He can go and announce it Jan. 5th, unless he wants to announce it per twitter today.Guys, I really don’t know if he signed Thursday or not, it is just a rumor.

Rumor has it that Pruitt and the AD Philip Fulmer has just arrived on campus, and has gone to the war room. Hearing that the coaching staff will join up later on. I just got woke up with a phone call and seeing all of this now, didn’t know it broke news about Crouch.
Reeeeeeeeeeeeee

Oh great, another unsubstantiated rumor...Oh joy.

But HAVE they arrived on campus or HAVE they gone to the war room?

If he had signed yesterday we would have already smelled the smoke

Clemson Rivals Update....cue the fireworks.

It’s already been a wild, rollercoaster early signing period for Clemson.

There’s one more day left. And one more target in the crosshairs with it.

Rivals.com regional analyst Adam Friedman broke the news Wednesday that Charlotte (N.C.) Harding high-four athlete Quavaris Crouch is expected to sign his national letter-of-intent today before the early signing period closes. We had previously indicated that our sources believed Crouch would sign, though there hadn’t been public confirmation.

As you know, Clemson was viewed as the frontrunner until Crouch took an under-the-radar unofficial visit to Tennessee last weekend.

We then brought to light Sunday that the Vols were now to be deemed the favorite, and we put in our FutureCast for Crouch to Tennessee.

According to what we were told Thursday night, Clemson has had multiple discussions this week with Crouch and his camp. He signed financial aid agreements with all three suitors to position himself to apply for enrollment with whomever he chooses.

The bottom line is, we have had multiple contacts in Charlotte with knowledge of his recruitment tell us that the Tigers are out.

We would tell you that the leading voice within the Crouch camp is casting this as a battle between Tennessee and Michigan. We don’t believe Michigan has actually entered the race so much as the intent is to frame Clemson as being out.

First, sorry but I had confused Wright and Morris in prior post. It's still early here and my holiday vakay started yesterday.

I'm always excited to see young skill players show out but I think we all know what positions we need guys who ready to play SEC football without spending a year or two in the weight room. Williams, Morris and (hopefully) Henry are guys who will help in those areas. Still chasing Wright. Who else y'all think will be ready to play OL, DL or LB next fall?

And your Chiropractor friend told you this cause he was up early this morning aligning Phil's back before he got his day started???!?!?:p:confused:
I don’t know, but all I know he called me that they were seen entering the campus, and to the office, and headed out to the war room.

I think it's pretty obvious what happened here. Auburn had not spent much time working Pappoe. In the mean time, Tennessee and Wayna worked him hard. He probably told Wayna he was coming. Auburn comes in the house and meets with the family. They ask Owen to leave the room. They show mom and dad a lot of money. Auburn leaves. Parents tell Owen where he's going and IT is not allowed back in the house. Kids still rely on some parents support in college, some more than others. Owen does what his parents tell him to do.

This is supposedly how it went down with Cam Newton. The NCAA said since Cam didn't know about it, he couldn't be held responsible. How Auburn got out of it, I can't recall. Probably couldn't trace it back to auburn.
