He was rehabbing all summer..Wasn't it just a few weeks ago that pix were being posted of QC's intense workouts? Despite indications he was training extensively during the summer, we're now seeing posts that indicate he has a lingering injury from last year, other schools are adopting a wait & see approach with his recruiting, etc., yet no one's real sure of what last week's injury was.
I think we're getting ahead of ourselves with rumors. Way ahead.
not that it's really any different, but with bogle's recruitment, there was and has alwasy been a nagging sense that getting him out of s fl was going to be the trick. it was no secret he was high on TN. it was also no secret that mama and sis want him to stay close to home. so while many of us felt good about that, it usually came with a "but" at the end....Like with Bogle and a couple of other guys who are now committed somewhere else
From a Clemson SB Nation article:
"As far as elite prospects go, Quavaris Crouch is still the top guy. Fall officials will decide this recruitment, and while Crouch has stated he will decide during the season I will believe it when I see it. Crouch like many his age is impressionable, and could be heavily influenced by what takes place this season. No coach has a closer relationship with the 5-star ATH than Brian Neidermeyer of Tennessee. Formerly of Alabama, once Neidermeyer left for Rocky Top Crouch no longer even communicated with the Bama staff if it is any indication of how close the two are. Because of this relationship, Tennessee is probably leading, but due to Crouch’s motivation to play for a winning program this one likely has a few more twists and turns left before it is over. "
Yeah, I could see coaches use this exact scenario against us.From a Clemson SB Nation article:
