My issue, he wants to commit to a place that always wins. I get it tho. I just think its a ridiculous reason to commit. Kids want to walk into a winning situation vs. building something. The same reason I hate giving kids 2nd place trophies. "Everyone's a winner", "you have fun, here's a ribbon." It's a character issue for me, you go to a team that always wins, so you have a guaranteed ring by the end of your 4 years.

Crouch had a concerning quote if your a coach... told 247 at his ua jersey presentation he didn't enjoy playing last yr. sounds like a kidthat doesn't love football

Jk...like Nash said, this cat is different. It is weird that he chose his AA selection to poopoo on everyone. Most kids use that as an accomplishment ceremony and thank those who helped him get to that point, it’s a big deal,means you are on the best. Maybe he just had a bad day or his GF gave him ‘the look’ before he went on stage, who knows. Clemson thinks he’s a silent.

A recruiting co-ord down to 1 or 2 spots remaining....take an attitude like QC and hope he gets the passion back or a slightly less talented kid with passion for the game like Bain? Give me a second to ponder....

We're not really in this one, anymore. Crouch doesn't mention UT in his top 5-- and he keeps reiterating that he wants to play LB in college. He wanted to play LB in HS this year, too. Another injury at RB and he chose not to finish his HS year.

I think we always told him we would look at him as a two-way player and see where he could contribute best once he got on campus. The coaches do that with a lot of players, and most of them want the early PT where they can get it. We're doing it with a number of players this year, so recruits can see this staff gives them the opportunity to see the field early.

I'd love to see Banks with some legit knockin time against KY. I think he'd do very well against their offense. I know we're gonna need some fresh bodies on defense cause come 4th quarter most teams fizzle against them.

Probably won’t see it explained. Pruitt knows we don’t have adequate linebackers. He’s exploring all options. Nothing more nothing less.
