If UT loses to a team and then that team gets beaten by another team that puts UT below both teams by default. It's called strength of scedule. UT plays against champs not chumps. Be the best by beating the best, etc.

I hope Notre Dame crushes them. The 'sec' loyalty stuff is ridiculous and counterproductive especially when it comes to Alabama, Florida and Georgia.

One would think that people will eventually realize that our opponents success is bad for UT.

I won't root for Alabama. I don't have SEC pride. I have Tennessee pride.

I HATED after the NC State game when our fans started chanting SEC-SEC. It felt desperate. Like an attempt to fit in with the cool kids. Even though we haven't beaten any of the cool kids in almost 3 years.

I want the cool kids to lose. I want them to suffer as we have. I want them to be disappointed in the day, and themselves. Alabama has been the coolest kid of all. You must be crazy if you think I'm gonna root for those scumbags.

Go Notre Dame. I might even buy an Irish sweatshirt.

I always have and always will pull for the SEC. I don't give a damn what your opinion is. You wanna root for Notre Dame? Go for it. I will never root for a non SEC team to beat an SEC team unless it directly helps UT.

I want UT to improve, not for the SEC to get worse. Be mad at the AD for bringing in bad coaches. It is on them to get better.

I will hate seeing Bama win another title. But not nearly as much as seeing garbage ass Notre Dame win one.

I'm cheering for ND. Husband is a bama grad and I'm sick of him flaunting all their wins. He needs a good loss to smack him in the face.

I want Bama to lose, Georgia, SC, Gators all to lose. And anyone else we recruit against. this SEC SEC stuff is old. I want UT to be the best. If UT has beaten them all then I might want them to win to make UT look better but right now it is better for them to be on the way down as we are going up. IMO

I live in South Bend, In, born and raised so it should be pretty obvious I'm cheering for ND.
Vols are always first, then the home town team, then Noone. I actually hope all other SEC teams lose all their games.

I'd be pulling for the SEC if UT were in the NC. I'm tired of losing recruits to Bama . . . and, by the way, I hate UF!

Hoping ND wins this one.

There is a large amount of dumbassery in this thread.

How can the SEC be the best conference in the NCAA with every team in the league losing their bowl game?

I will cheer for Bama and every SEC team that goes bowling. If the SEC is the best conference they have to dominate the bowls.
